Framer

Experience Required: 2 years +

Specific Skills: Framers need to be quick learners, with the ability to learn the systems and techniques that Bauman Builders use. Experience with a wide range of power and air tools is a must, with certification in fall protection and CSTS required. Experience framing exterior/interior walls, joisting, and working on a roof are all necessary.

Foreman

Experience Required: 5 years +

Specific Skills: Must have experience running a crew, with knowledge of layout and reading blueprints. The foreman will be responsible for overseeing safety requirements and site management in combination with framing.

Backframer

Experience Required: 3 years +

Specific Skills: Must have a very detail-oriented personality, with in-depth knowledge of framing requirements and building codes. Back framers ensure that the finished product is of high quality, and we require workers in this position to take great pride in their work.

Labourer

Experience Required: none

Specific Skills: Must have a desire to assist everyone on site when needed, with an open mind and willingness to learn. We consider housekeeping one of the most important aspects of a safe work site, and it is the responsibility of labourers to maintain this high level of cleanliness.
